Hello!

Do anyone know if this is just a plain rubber dome keyboard or something else.

Pull a keycap off or just press it?

I have one of those on an old '99 Compaq. It's definitely a rubber dome.

Generally keyboards with extra macro keys like this one will be rubber dome.

That being said some of the older Compaq membranes are excellent.  The SDM4540UL has a nice thockyness to it.

My old 99 Compaq Membrane Keyboard is still alive and kicking ass of plenty crappy membrane keyboards such as my Logitech K800

Still, even the Tt Meka G-Unit, which I hate a lot (keycaps and internal built are crap) is better to type on than it

It may have NMB dome with sliders, the best rubber dome I've ever typed on.
