My esc switch...(mx red)

Hey guys want to ask about my keycool esc switch its feel so mushy compare to my other keys, when i applied pressure from the top to the centre of the switch it have that same feeling as the others switch, but when i tried to applied the pressure from sides where the friction happens on the side it felt too mushy not as smooth as red switch should be...(hard to explain)

need lubrication job? cause feeling of the switch is not even to the others...

sometimes when my finger on my wasd , then i tried to reach the esc its so mushy when im tring to click, i tried imitate my wasd using rdfg then reach for the f2 the feeling its not the same

The switch for the esc key might be lubed

What? Why? No.

Try to reseat the keycap first. If that doesn't help, I guess you can open up the switch, but for that you will need to desolder it. No idea what could make a single switch feel "mushy". Do you use O-rings? You could also try to do a short video showing what you mean.

i dont use o-rings at all, and i tried resit and other r4 keycaps. It just that when i tried to push the key from the edges of the keycap its like so mushy, idk how to desribe it like sticky?lubed? also notice the f1 switch i click it has a bit of friction on the sides meanwhile the esc switch has less/or no friction on the sides of it...

I guess you'll have to desolder the switch to see what's wrong then.
