Coffee Keycap Set
« on: Tue, 10 September 2013, 08:37:03 »
Hello GH'ers...

About a month ago I emailed KeyPop.net about the availability of their coffee keycap set...

They said they would be doing a second production run of the keycap set "within the next few months"

Has anybody heard any rumours on the geekvine about said production run?

also bonus question: I have been wanting for a cherry mx key with the word "Any" written on it... I have tried searching, but it's impossible to find ANYthing because "any keycap" comes with too many hits on google.

Thanks all

Looks like WASD can do an ANY key too: http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/printed-keycap.html
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

It's perfect because the sample actually says "ANY KEY" :D
