I dont know what it is. I loved the blue cherries for a good 2 weeks, but today I found myself actually pulling out a dell quietkey just for the increased resistance. Either I'm too used to it from decades of typing on membranes, or in my imagination thats how buckling springs were. I dont know what it is but every switch I've tried so far, even when I've initially liked them, I've found myself wanting higher resistance after a while. (And yet the black MX were definitely too much resistance). So somewhere in between the blues and blacks I guess.
So I just ordered an alps board and my buckling spring should be here by tomorrow. I'll have a chance to try those out at length and compare with blue cherries which are my current fav. If they have more resistance I might leave blue cherries too, who knows. The search continues...
