Sure, it's brand new, just arrived from Massdrop (Cost $50 shipped). It was a replica of one of these http://www.musicdirect.com/p-1095-omega-headphone-stand.aspx I believe. Really well made, just too big for my table, I ended up buying something more minimal.

Depends on what you need help with ;) It helped me visualize my RMS patterns and realize how much ****tier I felt whenever I missed the last one (which was quite often). You can find tons of write-ups online to help figure out how to use it best.

The palm rest is 17in long. It's full size I believe but fits a tenkeyless pretty well.

You can't.  AFAIK the Otaku has been discontinued.  Sure you can buy blank keycaps but you'll have to pay extra and you won't get the blank windowed keys.
