Yeah, I was in the HOTS beta too, but it felt like WoL 1.5 since all the old builds still worked kind of.

LOTV will hopefully feel like a complete new game with the new eco system. I could see myself play a lot to get familar with the new timings and possibilites

I got into WoL super early and it turned me onto sc2 and it was awesome, I had to grind the ESL leagues to get into HotS though and it was kinda fun, though I don't really remember it too too much... kinda interested for LotV... really disappointed with the terran changes and the z changes look insane... but dat hella boss lookin new P unit... so hella curious

Oh I meant heroes, I was in the HOTS beta too but I think everyone got that eventually. Those keys were easier to get than hearthstone.

I'd imagine Kespa makes pretty good offers to WCS champions. Rumor was PartinG at some point got a 90k contract from SKT, Life deserves even more imo..

yeah im not sure, with WoL i got a bunch, with hots i got non... on there faq they said they would be giving away keys and things... but they must be doing an invite system for lotv beta... because of archon mode... hell in wol the invites were because the beta had a 2v2 ladder lol

The really ****ed up/fun part was denying viewer botting because someone else could have been doing it to "destroy" his career. Also saying that nvidia wasn't likely to sponsor any other sc2 stream cus of this incident. Crank got it like a month later.

Yes, the Nvidia sponsorship was immediately canceled after his (obvious) botting was shown with evidence from a community member.

But as Baldgye already said the worst thing is he even got rewarded with mass cash from Blizzard for the streamer rewards. Twitch claims they can't see anything suspicious with his channel, so Blizzard believes his numbers are legit.

Twitch isn't really interested in investigating this **** because it interferes with their own business model. Those bots come from big bot networks, so it's not as easy as checking if many viewers come from the same IP. In fact these viewers are real people with trojans on their computers who don't even know they are watching a stream in the background (think your average grandma...).

So from a business point of view it actually makes sense to invest 1000$ in renting viewer bots to get exposure and ad money. Winter made 60k $ last year with his ****ing stream.

Archon mode looks like a ****ing nightmare and Protoss needs some help... remove sentry and buff all gateway units I say!! And bring back the colossus so bio dosn't just win ever tvp!!!

I, I don't understand. I won't post on Reddit because I'll get down voted to **** by all the silver and gold Terran retards... But when has Terran struggled vs muta? Or phonex?
Atm phonex is the only way to deal with the cyclone... And you can use it to sort of transition into something not totally useless... But now it's being hard countered??

Am I alone in being totally lost? Phonex where just looking to be a cool opening vs Terran one base play... But... Now that can't happen?

Let's wait and see. I doubt the Cyclone will stay in it's current iteration for long, so there will be many other options to test.

After all we are just 1 week into the Beta

meh. Its beta, at least let's see how it plays out there first. I kind of wanted the corsair back, because splash haha.
