You're looking for a Dolch moogle for items 3-5. I don't know if items 1-2 have ever been made. Perhaps some caps from a R3 or R4 set might match "well enough"? Or White on Black Cherry caps.

By the way, the profile of the GMK CMYK mods will not match the profile of SP first row keys (windows and menu if you get the SP moogle)

Yeah, that's true. Unfortunately, aside from buying a brand new GMK set to get to the caps you want, there isn't really any other option.
