Poetic licence ;)

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. has a very realistic map of Pripyat, although you can't just walk anywhere due to radiation, making the level linear to a certain extent.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Two stalwart guards at each end of the HHKB:

I find myself refraining from pressing Esc and tilde if I can help it. A lot more mouse clicks now. Ha ha.

Those are just MX.

I have some Topre ones in the mail, but my budget did not permit the purchase of a Christmas edition :(

Glad that GM arrived safe and sound, seems to have cleaned up nicely. What did you use, because I tried denture cleaner, dish soap, and diluted bleach.

Actually I didn't use anything.  That pic was taken about 2 minutes after it came out of the packaging.

I think that add to the atmosphere of the pic - like the green one is in focus, and the red transparent one is hovering on the edge of the subconscious.

So far I just have a Canon 650D (which I am very happy with) and I am using the 18-55mm kit lens it came with. Not the best, I know, but at least I am learning all the basics with it. My next lens will be the Canon 50mm and after that the Sigma 10mm wide angle lens, because I am more into landscapes and stuff like that, and I want to begin doing time lapses.

Here are some of the pictures I've taken so far if you're interested - https://secure.flickr.com/photos/ynrozturk
