Rough translations indicate it's made in Taiwan and come in two variants: Linear Green and Clicky Blues.

I don't know much about the keyboard but here's my translation judging from the pictures you provided.

The keyboard uses ALP switches and has 2 variations. Mint Green(Non-clicky) & Dark Blue(clicky)
The box itself claims that it has the feel of a mechanical keyboard but does not produce any(little?) sound.
It claims to have a "noise filter" located on the usb cable to take care of the sound.

-106 Key layout
-Life expectancy: 20,000,000 clicks
-Keyboard Dimensions: 465 x 160 x 36 mm
-Cable Length: 152.4 cm

The big red lettering on the box says "New standard of mechanical keyboards"


Most of the korean comments below have a lot of people commenting on the appealing price and the fact that they are very curious about the feel.

I think it is a relatively new product as most of the people commenting have never heard of it before.

This is well abandoned last year in Korean general Consumer market.  The Absolute Korea had admitted the SW problems...   A Bad case of ALPs compatible SW.

The board itself looks a lot like those inexpensive "clicker" brand ALPS-alike boards, even down to the nonstandard "ISO enter, but big left shift" layout.

I could see some concept of "noise cancelling" via a microphone and embedded speakers, but likely very clunky.

The noise filter probably relates to a signal noise filter on the USB, not actual noise.

They aren't. Visibly, they look more like clones (xiang min, hua-jie or tai-ho) so I think its' just another alps clone that's come out. COmplicated alps aren't made anymore.

If they are actually Matias clones, then they might be good quality though.

I agree with Jvx104: they are almost certainly referring to the ferrite on the USB cable for noise filtering and spike suppression.

Those are Taiwan Tai-Hao APC series switches. The keyboard might even be made by Tai-Hao — it looks like a variant of the APC Clicker F21-7D.
