Unicomp Support?

Not sure if this belongs in here or in keyboards...but does Unicomp even use their vendor forum here anymore?  I've tried emailing them and got no response.  Then I checked their forum mods and they haven't been online for awhile.

Should I actually expect a response from them?

That is unfortunate!

They have been very good and responsive to me in the (recent) past.

Same here, past and recent past... Never had an issue with them.

Recently a friend sent a pretty damaged unit to them. They returned it lilke new with their fixed rate refurbishing service.
