Not my cup of tea, but this is a unique idea: http://cgi.ebay.com/Qtronix-Libra-35-Trackball-Keyboard-Wrist-Pad-PS-2_W0QQitemZ390004345590QQcmdZViewItemQQptZPCA_Mice_Trackballs?hash=item390004345590&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50

I have one of these. I got it for about $7 shipped on ebay. It sucks! :) I guess it wasnt my cup of tea either. Its way too high. Also the trackball is very slow (I'd have to change my mouse settings every time I use it). It came with a driver on a 3.5 floppy (!) which of course I didnt use. Also the cushioned area is basically not cushioned at all (very thin cushion, pretty useless). But most of all its way too high to be comfortable. Nice idea though.
