If anyone in Silicon Valley would like a free Dell 17" monitor, I have them, and I know I am not going to use them. I have:

3x Dell 1708FP (DVI / VGA)
1x Dell E177FP (VGA-only)

No charge if you come pick 'em up. I won't ship them.

I actually want these to help friends.  I have a build that I put together for a friend that is down on his luck lately, but I don't have a monitor for it.  The other is for another build that I will be donating to the needy.  I am planning on posting it on CL and trying to find a child that needs a first computer for school.  (It's not a gaming rig - old P4 with winXP and an old 256mb AGP card.).

Thats awesome! I was just going to give them to GoodWill, but having a complete computer system donated would probably be much better for someone.
