Well that makes me feel better about my 11:00:05 not winning. It probably wasn't based on time or it wasn't down to the second.

Just to think guys, this was the last chance to ever get a V2 or a v1 reaper...That's hard to swallow.

Now lets get hyped for the BroBot V3 and reaper V2

hehe, 0/11 in ctrlalt raffles, and i missed this sale, i'm kind of sad really, maybe next time :)

I mean I'm 0/10 on email + raffles. I just flat out could not enter this one since something came up unfortunately. I'm not sad though. I know there are some real cool cats that will surely want to trade out there.

Keep dat pretty chin up.

yeah, that's the worst part, i've wanted a BBv2 ever since i got into artisans.  guess i just have to hope that either someone takes pity on me and will trade for something i've got, or that i like BBv3 even better and can forget about getting a BBv2. haha.

at least i've got a clack and 3 crowned skulls here to comfort me.  congrats to all who won!  looking forward to seeing some sweet pictures when your caps show up.

This was my first time trying to get in on some artisan keycaps... After seeing this thread, I now realize that my casual 20 second late email was way too late.  I also think gmail holds your emails for 30 seconds so you can recall them.  Lessons learned!   :)

I just said MX on mine and I got in. It sounds like the timing had to be perfect. I performed many many tests against a dummy outlook.com account to time my delivery latency just right. I actually pressed send when  my timer had two seconds left... but the timer page even said it's countdown wasn't 100% accurate... and the clock on my cell phone proved that much too.  Between that and the latency on gmail's side... my delivery time ended up being exactly 11:00:00 on the button.

Ooh, what you guys said makes perfect sense. That's brilliant, how you tested your email latency. I was curious about how to test that since I wasn't sure if gmail->outlook account interactions would be different from just sending it to myself, but didn't think about sending it to my outlook account lol.

Really helpful guys, thank you! I'll keep in mind for my next email attempt, haha. :thumb:
I did get it sent 11:00:00 -0700 but who knows what happened afterwards lol :P
