The key depresses halfway and stays there. Any thing i can do to fix this problem? Its not happening to  the other stabalized keys.

You haven't clarified whether you're talking about a Cherry MX keyboard or a Topre keyboard.

I think, either your switch is messed up (what switch type are you using), or your stabilizers are pinched/gathered together. Try stretching out the stabilizers so the top opening isn't leaning inwards.

Or the stems under the key are not 100% straight - this is occasionally an issue with Cherry stabs as there is little to no room for misalignment.

Can you try a different Enter key on this board?

Can you try the sticky Enter on a different keyboard (if possible one with Cherry and one with Costar stabilisers)?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Fixed the problem

The key is about 3/4 the way inside the switch. After that no more problems
