Rare White CC Skull Keycap for Charity Donation to Support Central Highland children to have meat in their lunch

Dear all

Having visited the central Vietnam highland years ago, it breaks my heart to see highland children are suffering hardship to go to school. They travel 3 to 5 km each day to school, some travel 10km on bush track on empty stomach. Most families are living under poverty, they could not afford food let alone sending children to school. In recent years, with the help of many organisations, few small schools are open. However due to lacking of resources, (some) schools could only offer 1 lunch meal for these children with just rice and maybe abit of salt. Yes, only rice, no meat, sadly .

A month ago, a Vietnamese friend of mine who works as volunteer for "Cơm có thịt Australia" (translated it as "Rice with Meat (Australia)") suggested series of small auction in which money would go into this organisation and will be sent to Vietnam to support these kids, so they would have meat in their meal. So for the spirit of Thanksgiving and XMAS, my rare White CC Skull keycap is now up for auction. This keycap is one of the very first version produced by CC, which I acquired about 3 years ago.

I have quite a few first versions by CC, but not for sale for now, saving it up for auction for charity. stay tuned

OP there has been quite a bit of discussion on the topic of whether or not we will be allowing auctions in the classifieds forum, If you really want this to run for a month your best bet would be eBay or it could be very well canceled halfway through. Fair warning.

I assume he means walking to school, not commuting via bus/train/car.

seriously consider shortening the auction unless you know that you won't be able to (for some reason) ship it until the new year(even then - just state so in the OP).  you're just delaying funds from being received, making the winner wait longer, and risking that the auction is shut down.

I agree for the most part within 48 hours the majority of big players already know it's here. Prolonging only makes people find better stuff, although this is a good cause

just so you know, this area of Vietnam is so poor due to the nature condition that even a meal with meat, I mean anykind of meat, is a dream for the children (and the people there), their regular meal is just rice with sault and some wild plant/roots or kind of thing like that.

You're Right, The milks are colored. So Depth or Ghost maybe? I get my ghost soon but not sure if it will be here before this auction is up to compare. Good Luck!

There's a "hardcore" "depth" and "ghost white" - judging by how the enshadowed light is yellowish I would guess it's NOT a hardcore because that color is very bright and probably would have a blueish tint. There was a snow/slushy white which is essentially mochi, and this isn't jelly looking. In the (incomplete) master list of colors there's a "Delicious (milk)" listed, but I've no idea what it actually looks like and seems to have been on a different run than the standard milk colors (pink, blue, purple, yellow.)

Hard to confirm a clack color through a picture, especially since many colors have not been widely seen before. I would venture a guess at Ghost for OP, but it could be a Depth as well.
