G'day from down under... and apologies for my past actions......
« on: Mon, 26 January 2009, 22:27:42 »
Hi everyone.

i just found this forum via a google search for the M15 ..... yes the M15 that i have just listed on eBay

A quick introduction before expaining the title. In the mid 90's I used to run an IT company and frequented the Sydney Auction scene. This is were the story of the M15 emerges. I no longer run my IT business and in the last few years I have been a hardcore vintage HIFI and Boombox collector

My Memory is a bit hazzy re the purchase of the M15 keyboard. I do remember there was approx 15 new IBM / Lexmark Keyboards in a job lot. they were all new and sealed. i was the lucky winner at the auction. In that keyboards there were several M15's, IBM full size keyboards with trackballs in them (dont remember the model number), several small IBM keyboards. i do remember selling several systems at the time with the M15's. The other Keyboards were less saleable.

The apologies relates that what happened to the stock that i hoarded for several years after my business stopped. Approx 4 years ago during one of my regular shed clean outs the IBM NOS Keyboards were put in the bin.... Hence "apologies for my past actions"...

As bad as this sounds I have binned more desireable items...... thats another story....

That's wrong, plain wrong.  Your last name wouldn't happen to be Anderson, would it?
