It's a Wang 724 is pretty good shape, keys a bit shiny perhaps, but generally pretty good considering the relative rarity of these. This one has pink ALPS, and will almost certainly have extra clicks, with volume control, provided by an in-built speaker. I certainly enjoy using mine, I've had it as main 'board for extended periods, but I'm stuck with my 122 key monster for now... Anyway, for reference (and key deciphering), here's

The Wang-specific keys all produce Alt+Fx combos when hooked up to a PC. I could provide a list if there is interest.
