These have been selling for less of late.  Key wear doesn't look too bad except for A, S, and left shift legends.

I would be a little wary of this one.  According to their self-styled rating system, it is "FAIR. Item appears worn or heavily used. It functions, but perhaps not to full expectations. May have suffered mild to moderate physical damage. The item may be sold as No-DOA or As-Is."
