[WTB] AT Connection Converter
« on: Mon, 06 January 2014, 20:46:18 »
I (stupidly) recently bought a board with an AT connection thinking I had a converter when in reality I don't. If anyone has a spare USB or PS/2 to AT cord, I'd love to buy it.

http://www.amazon.com/SF-Cable-Keyboard-Adapter-MiniDin6/dp/B0016RTO1M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1389063227&sr=8-1&keywords=at+to+ps2

It will be just as expensive to get one from someone here.

Ahh. I see.
Do AT to USB adapters exist? Otherwise this is going to be a very long chain of cables lol

Stuff like this is insanely cheap from China, but takes 3 weeks.

Order 2 of every kind of adapter that you might need, and toss them in the electronic spare parts box.
"However, even though I was born in the Mesozoic, I do know what anyone who wants to reach out to young people should say: Billionaires took your money. They took your chance to buy a home. They took your chance at a good education. They stole your opportunities. Billionaires took the things you want in life. If you really want those things, you have to take them back.
That's the message. That's the whole message. Say that every day, not just to reach America's frustrated young white men, but people of every age, race, and gender.
Late-stage capitalism is a wealth-concentration engine, focused on vacuuming up every dollar and putting it in as few hands as possible. Republicans are helping that vacuum suck.
How does a tiny fraction of the population get away with this? They do it by dividing the other 99% of Americans against themselves."

Hmm, can you point me to any websites? And are you talking about AT to USB? Cause that would be really nice to have...

I've never seen AT to USB, probably because some of those might require an active converter and because AT is so old.

They sell smaller 5pin din to ps2, add a small blue cube and you've got a small AT to USB.
