IBM Board: low price, but what is it?

Do any of you happen to know what this keyboard is?

The IBM 3191 is a terminal, and it's apparently a 102-keyboard for that terminal, but the seller doesn't give much info.  In addition, the keyboard looks like a Model M 1390120 from the top.

I've been considering getting it for the various parts but I'm not sure about the deal or the seller since his/her rating isn't so good either.

I am not too sure what this 'board is; however, I am having a hard time trying to figure out where the 102nd key is.  It looks just like my regular-a*s Model Ms with a few different/additional legends.

Yep, it looks pretty much identical to the 1390120 so far as I can tell by looking at the top only.

lol... that's actually the part that I was wanting most off of it.  If the top and the key caps would fit on a Model M, this might be a good deal for parting out.  Just wish the shipping weren't so high.

I've decided to pass on it so please feel free to go for if you are interested in it.  It might not hurt to ask the seller more questions, or perhaps for some photos of the backside.

the extra key is in the numpad - instead of a single double-height + key, it's two normal sized keys.

Now that's interesting, they must have used a different matrix, or left that disconnected (or unable to be decoded somehow) on the PC keyboards, as I've not found a hidden key there on my 1391401...

I've still been doing some digging on this and it appears that the keyboard in question might be the same as one of the following (102-key) keyboards:

My guess is that it's a Model M that uses the same buckling springs, and perhaps the same keycaps as the boards we are familiar with, so it might be a good purchase for spare parts.  It looks pretty clean from the top view, but I won't buy it unless I know for sure that it has compatible parts.

The top half (or lid) was what I really wanted from it, but I'm not even certain it would fit the keyboard I wanted to put it on.
