Do a NPV analysis before you buy another keyboard (or anything)

and you will find that all your keyboard "investment" will have a probably negative NPV, therefore bad purchase decision.

Finally something relevant to my profession...enough with you programmers and engineers.

Edit: Of course every keyboard purchase has a negative NPV.  The only items we buy/trade that don't are clacks and SSKs (with current market prices).  Just look at the Korean keyboards...5 months ago they were routinely selling for $500. Now, you can get them in the classifieds, fully built, for $360.  Besides, by its definition, anyone who has a positive NPV will be making money off the community.

Isnt that mostly relevent to business ventures? Wouldnt all hobbies have a NPV < 0?

Nice. I just barely got into the Realforce Topre 104UB-DK groupbuy on Massdrop. What do you think about that board? I've never used any Topre boards before so I'm going in blindly  :cool:

It's really a personal thing, I actually enjoy topre and MX both. I really like the look of the 104UB-DK and will likely mod mine.
