Is it the white model or black and silver edition? Also does it just not respond when plugged in or could you give any detail about it not working?

Pic added.  When I plug it in the lock lights come on for a few seconds then go off again.  No pop-up from the OS and no input registered (testing with a PC).  As for details:  Keyboard just stopped working one day.  I did notice that the area where the USB hub is located would get quite warm to the touch.

Thanks for the info! Maybe someone will get it if for nothing else to tinker with and for caps and switches!

And just in case you didn't try, I would try it in a different USB port, or even with a different PC if possible.

why not ask Matias to repair and pay the cost? Their supports are pretty awesome.

The warranty only talks about replacement -- not repair.  I assume this means that Matias does not do (their own) repairs and as such does not do out-of-warranty work (not unusual for a product that only has a one year warranty).

Know differently?

You might have luck contacting them regardless. I've had companies do out of warranty work for me in the past; broken products aren't good advertisements, even once they're out of warranty.

I didn't type a single word about warranty. I just mentioned that their supports are so good that you may want to try your luck contacting them about this.

Of course you're going to pay for shipping and repair cost.
