Umm... I'd have to pick the Allegro Maestoso from the fourth movement of Mendelssohn's Symphony in A minor.
lol @ Mendelssohn's Symphony in A minor: it takes forever to get going, it's pretentious and overrated. Plus, who writes a symphony inspired by Scotland, with NO FREAKING BAGPIPES!? PIPERS! Damn yee, PIPERS!

A far better choice instead would be Beethovens's 9th Symphony, 4th Movement, played by as many highland bagpipers as I can find, or as many as you can afford to pay.
Another choice would be AC/DC "It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n Roll)", which is one of the only rock songs to feature the highland bagpipes, and they were played by Bon Scott.
FREE SCOTLAND 2014I might also hire Richard Cheese (and his band) to perform live his awesome rendition of "Get Down With the Sickness".
"do you feel that?
Oh sh!t
Get Up, C'mon get down with the sickness."
