So after my disasters with trying to solder in tp2 'real-simplified' switches into a dell at101w, (and having ruined 3 boards in the process, lol), I've settled for something much simpler as my second board.  

Behold the beast: aekII "cushioned" sliders, at101w springs, TP2 click leaves and keys. I went for a simple look.  How does it type? Kind of like a softer white XM alps (softer bump, softer sound), not bad at all.

Very nice.  I like it.  Now that I see the black Dell in better pics, I think I want to get one. :)

This was my first black dell, I have to say I was impressed with its looks too. Its pretty cool.
