Welcome to Geekhack.For a small (or single) run with custom keycaps WASD is probably your best bet.The keyboard you are designing sound interesting - perhaps you could post more details in the making stuff together! section.
Careful with WASD shipping fees to Europe though. I got raped.
Just a quick note. It's better to use 1.5mm instead of 2mm for the plate. I can't remember who, but I remember someone who had bad results with 2mm as it doesn't fit the cherry switches as good as 1.5mm

You can buy the keys from Signature Plastics individually for $1 each.
