We haven't gotten any quotes yet. I think Bunny mentioned that the prices wouldn't be as low as they were in the original GB, due to possibly lower demand for the set.

There is, but there's really no reason to do that just to rush it out. It's been said numerous times that allowances will be made for timezones, etc. when it comes to getting Bros, so there's not much reason to be camping this thread.

Although it conflicts with what bro said, also as for the timezone thing that was speculation by me, so I wouldn't take it for sure but I would assume by the wording of it they are accommodating for different timezones maybe even with a small set to one side for late orders from a timezone that could not of got in at the start, again speculation
