Those are called space invader switches (because of the "faces"), those are not too common I think. Your best bet might be classifieds or ebay.

The problem is I cant find it, was trying many sites already and got just one answer:
-"$100 minimum order value, so these 4 keys will cost $100 to produce"

NMB Hi-Tek switches.  Your best bet is to get an NMB Right Touch, ideally a broken one that has at least the caps you need.  Careful buying NMB keyboards though, because they eventually changed to a dome with slider format..  the larger the casing, the more likely it is to have Hi-Tek switches.

Perhaps you could work out a deal to buy just those 4 caps from this guy: http://www.ebay.com/itm/331142777970

I have a few of these but they are odd.

I am a bit reluctant to start selling off these pieces willy-nilly but if you feel confident I will consider it.

I have a Tab that looks to be 1.5x

I have an Alt that looks to be 1.25x

I have a Lock that looks to be 1.5x

I have a Cap that is 1x and has a light hole

I have 2 Controls that looks to be 1x and 1.25x
"We are on the precipice of signing an agreement to advance talks with Iran that preserves the good parts of former President Barack Obama’s Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) while amplifying its flaws.
Mr. Obama came to an agreement that did not involve America’s most precious treasure, the lives and limbs of our soldiers.  The 1.7 billion dollars of frozen Iranian assets released by Obama pales in comparison to the 300 billion being floated as a rebuilding fund.
So far, speculation that Iran will be free in the future to continue its nuclear program is the opposite of Trump’s stated goal for the war and in direct opposition to what Mr. Obama negotiated.
