Source for Costar Stabs?
« on: Thu, 20 March 2014, 11:14:35 »
Hello Gentlemen,

I need your collective minds to help me for a second. I am looking for some costar stabs for my ergo dox. I nomrally would just pop over to WASD on the ol' intertubes and order me up some stabs but they are out of stock.  I found some on Mechanicalkeyboards.com but the price is completely retarded. 5.50$ for 2 stabs. WTF! WASD sells them for .50 cents and mechanical keyboards sells the same thing for 5 dollars more?  I am not going to pay 22$ for 8 stabs that is beyond retarded.

So do you guys know where i could get some in the next few days from an online souce? thanks i really appreciate it. My ergodox should arrive on monday so i want to be ready to go once i get it.

to encourage you to help me here is a picture of Dolph Lundgren and Grace Jones:

WASD is unfortunately the only affordable option I know of. Have you tried contacting them to ask when they'll restock?

I didn't think people used stabilizers with the ergodox?

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

mk.com is expensive because they package 2 day shipping with each item
