Stumbled across this board here:

It is one cool looking board and looks like it comes in blue/brown/black cherry as well. I'm just wish it came in a ten keyless model but maybe it does I just don't know how to navigate around leopold I just click on stuff and see what I find :)

It's a pretty cool 'board, and I really like the detachable USB cable.  Other than that (and the LEDs on the keys), it's just another Costar OEM product like the Filco (and the ABS and the Das, and the Strongman, and the...)

Not that there's anything wrong about that per se, but it doesn't really set itself off from the competition.

I just thought it was neat the way they changed the color under the keys so that the key separation stands out when you look at it strait on. When I first saw it I thought they may have some kind of red light in the case under the keys but the more I look at it I think they just made the plastic under the keys red instead of black. That is really the only feature that stood out to me. Other than that you are right it is just another Costar OEM board.

It highly resembles some Filco and ABS boards, for sure.  I'm still not certain that I like the idea of having the LEDs embedded into the keys, although it does look kind of cool, or different anyway.

I like it.  It kind of reminds me of the Dharma Tactical that has been mentioned on this forum.

I just wish more USB 'boards would come with hubs.  I just think that it should be a no-brainer.  It's a fairly large device that could house a hub with no space penalty.  Even my monitors at work have hubs in them.

USB hubs AND detachable USB cables.  Two features that set 'boards like the HHKB Pro 2's apart.

I used to be pretty indifferent about detachable USB cables, but with the amount keyboard switching I am doing these days, this is becoming more of a want.

Yes, I've found that detachable cables are a great convenience even in the storage of keyboards.

Detachable cables are also great if you're anal about keeping your board clean.  I hate having to shut down, or reach around back of the system to disconnect if I want to clean the keys with a microfiber cloth or something.
