Not sure about the keycap condition but very likely it is dyesub

2.50 Euro's for Gebraucht?  Nein.  Maybe for Neue, Ja. 

JK.  The price will go way, way, way up.

Used to be you would see these go for $3,000, or more. 

I would like to see what the market will bring nowadasy, even for eine Gebraucht testatur (used keyboard).

Yeah, german dyesubs. They pop up quite often on ebay.de. It's probably worth 50€ at the most.
