Just buy it from Amazon Japan.  I just checked it online with my account and I got all the way through checkout.  $26.00 shipped to South Carolina using Amazon Global Priority.  Its $14 USD for the book and $12 for shipping.

mind asking what's so special about that book? Looks like a garden variety health book. I won't ever spend as much on a book as it costs to ship  :D

Try tenso

Tenso worked great for me when getting my HHKB.

Note: They have a lot of useful services including package consolidation. So if you want they can take all "10" (or however many) Japanese packages and put them into one, then you only have to pay once for the international shipping to your house - saving you a lot of money.

Another recommendation for Tenso. I love it.
