THE AZERTY keyboard

Hello,
I’m a new member !
My IBM model M just give up the ghost and I’m looking for a new keyboard.
I live in France, and it is very difficult to find THE keyboard.

The Keyboard of my dreams:
TKL / No backlit / AZERTY layout / Cherry MX Blue / <120$ with shipping.

I heard that Leopold, Keycool and Cherry are good budget keyboards. But I’d rather ask for advices.

Is your AZERTY an ISO?
Seems like there is no ISO QFR with mx blues, maybe check ducky at teraset.net for the g2pro tkl.
For that price range it is not easy in europe.
If ANSI maybe you can find a QFR.
Anyway, don't know if you can find a stock AZERTY keyboard.
Ever tried blanks? For me it is the best way to touch type.

You can look into wasd v2, it is non-backlit tkl ISO with MX blues and you can order custom keycaps (for azerty) from them aswell. The price will be higher though..

Cherry dosen't make a tenkeyless MX model... but the G80-3000LSCFR-0 shouldn't be too hard to find and about 55EUR or so. I see the CM Rapid available in French ISO, but I don't think they offered it with blue switch, only black. CM XT comes in blues and FR but is again a fullsize. I think perhaps a Filco is your best choice to get it all at once but is higher priced.

QFR will do you well; it's very cheap (often dips below $70 in the US). Otherwise, a Ducky Zero probably has the layout you want and should be a little nicer than the QFR while still being within your price range.

Not sure how you feel about even smaller than tenkeyless, but the Pure Pro is available in French.

60% size keyboard doesnt suit great for azerty layout
Dead keys mainly on accents, numbers are not directly reachable unless of pressing CAPSLOCK...
French people who own laptops do know what i mean
Full size is much better for us
I was myself willing to buy Pure PRO because its only one that available in white LED but this is the worst layout i ever seen, must be a nightmare for ISO users.
