We all love the Das Keyboard 4 (New April 2014).
http://www.daskeyboard.com/daskeyboard-4-professional/

Sleek, simple & uncluttered, stealth..  It just oozes with sex appeal...  But it's lacking LEDs and its perfectly fine without it because the identity of the keyboard is "NO CLUTTER"..

I'm in dilemma because the other keyboard that I would want would be the Ducky Shine 3 White Case edition w/ RED LED (Cherry Blue MX Switches).   White case, black keyboard, red LED.. the entire package just looks mean..

Any thoughts on which one to go with?

If it is first world problem, then by going with either, you will still have first world problem because you will not be satisfied. Topre ftw - and your first world problem is solved! :)

I would personally never call das keyboard "no clutter", the volume wheel and the logo at the top makes it look silly imo. If you want a clean keyboard you should go with a otaku layout on say like a filco, otherwise i would go with the ducky.

Nope. Go with NZXT edition Ducky shine... it's even prettier.

I'll have to second that on aesthetics.

if only there were other switch choices for the nzxt :-\

I'd probably take the code over the DAS though, the ducky limited white case reminds me cm storm's tk limited white from last year

I'd take the NZXT ducky.

If NZXT is out of the choice, it gets abit harder for me personally but I'm leaning towards a ducky.

I think the das is a good keyboard and would recommend it. But personally, i'd probably only get a das after i've gotten a ducky lol

I agree with this. The Das is pretty cluttered for a keyboard because of all the extra stuff. Not saying that I don't like it, because if there was a volume wheel like on the Corsair boards on any of mine I'd buy it over anything else easily.

Among the forum, though, I think that Ducky has a reputation for better quality, so perhaps you'd do better with that.

I would also say go with the Ducky, I myself aren't keen on white keyboards, so I would say the DAS for colour options, but I'd just get a black ducky with blank PBT keys..

Do you guys know if he white NZXT keyboard would attract a lot of dirt?  Never owned a white keyboard but seems like it would get dirty fast?

Hmm I'm not sure but I think it'll depend on what type of plastic it's made of, some go yellow and dirty other don't. Maybe someone with a bit more knowledge on plastics can elaborate.

I'm honestly not all that crazy about the Das's æsthetics.  That part on the upper right makes me think of a manila folder (or any number of PC icons derived from such a folder).  For a keyboard put forth as being elegant, sleek, &c., it just doesn't really do much for me.  I'm all for its popularizing blank keys and even mechanical keyboards themselves to some extent (first mech. keyboard I heard of, at least), but I dunno.  I think the Ducky is nicer-looking, personally.  I would go with that.

(The volume wheel totally could be nice though).
