Well toplessness is legal in New York State for both women and men.  And this group of ladies parades around showing their ta-ta's in public to keep it legal.  Or some say they just like showing off their bazooms.

I'm sure I can't post a pic of them on here.  I'm not even sure I can post a link to their site.  Which is odd, because what they are doing is 100% legal.  I just wanted you guys to know abou tit.

Yeah, I support this, and not in some pubescent "yeah tits!" way, but because society's nudity taboo and double standards regarding the gender of nipples is BS.
