There are 3 used in fleabay for only $112 includes a Cherry ML4100 and something that looks like a metal mounting base:

I have two PS2 and these are sturdily made, 400-ish DPI but somewhat noisier than CST.

Just wanted to update that this seller, according to a rebuttal I received from them, is willing to sell the units together for 65 dollars. They do not want to part out, however.
