Looking for blank or printed thin PBTs

I've been looking around for 104 layout thin blank blue PBTs for sometime now.... Like this

I believe those are KBC thick blank blue PBT and both IMSTO and Feng have sold them in the past. IMSTO has a syesub printed version of the set on his site: http://imsto.cn/index.php?route=product/product&path=62&product_id=61

Best to send him a PM and ask if he can supply an unprinted set to you.
