Bent Hi-Tek switches on Hi-Tek RT-101

Hey I just got a Leading edge model D which came with a Hi-Tek RT-101 http://deskthority.net/wiki/NMB_Hi-Tek. 

This might be confusing, but anyway getting the space bar off was pretty annoyingly difficult and I ended up bending the connection terminal so that when I depress the key the connection terminal, which is under tension, touches and completes the circuit.  Well I bent it out of shape and they aren't touching.  I can physically push the terminals together and complete the circuit which works just fine but I need to bend these flimsy little copper terminals so they always make contact when I press the space bar.

Does anyone have any experience with these?  I was thinking of maybe bending them a bit more, but I don't want to break it or putting a little dab of solder on one of the connection points to make the gap smaller, Or even if you guys know where I could get a replacement switch so its all kosher.

Anyway I really Don't want to destroy this keyboard and any advice would be much appreciated!

Oh and here's a photo (sorry the camera wouldnt focus on the connection terminals very well)

You need to try and pop off the actual switch, and then push on the right one towards the left, until both are being pressed in that direction. Once you've done it correctly it should work fine, but you'd need to make sure you put the top half back on directly in the middle. If you mess up when replacing the switch then you will have to start over.

You can pop another one off to see how the contacts should look without a switchbar in place in order to compare how it should look.
