Solidtek KB6600-ABU

Hi there.

Any feedback on this keyboard?  It seems to be one of the cheaper mechanical keyboards out in the market and has modified white alps copies.

But there seems to be no mention of it in any of the forums.

Makes me think twice about purchasing it.

Any help would be appreciated.http://www.provantage.com/fullsize/SOLD013.JPG

If this is the same board as the Solidtek ASK-6600U, it feels great but it has a very annoying "ring" with every keystroke.

I didn't see any mention of that keyboard on the solidtek website.  Is it older?

While looking on the solidtek website (http://www.solidtekusa.com), I noticed that it said "solid year group" below their logo.  I googled that and found this website: http://www.solidyear.com/

Most of the keyboards aren't interesting, but their is one of interest under the "special keyboards" section with model number ACK-2310 that has cherry switches.  It's not what I'm looking for, but someone looking for a compact mechanical keyboard with a numeric keypad might be interested.  The layout is pretty weird.  I think hitting the ? key would be really annoying.

It's the same as the ASK-6600U.  I bought one on eBay a few months ago.  Nice key feel. Definitely annoying though, once that ringing gets in your head.
