Anyone have trouble with tracking? I've had it for at least a week, but everytime I try to check it it just shows that it's left from Hong Kong and it doesn't know where it is now.

Tracking is a mess until it reaches the US. Your best bet is to literally forget about the cap, then be pleasantly surprised when it arrives.
Same for me. Tracking never updated, yet here it is on my keyboard.
Ive been asked many times about the tracking status of the sent products. It will be faster if you checked with your local post office rather than through us as the post office here in Hong Kong cannot provide much details re: sent out items.
We can still assist however it will takes 1 -2 months for the tracking process , but normally when the parcel reached your country, probably 2 weeks time you will receive it ( It depends on the local post office)
About the lost parcel case, don't worry. It seldom happens .
The following was given by Hong Kong post office , No track events will be shown for Australia, Canada and United states.
The tracking status 'product not trackable' – or the message, ‘sorry, this item can’t be tracked’ – might be shown for items sent using one of our international services that doesn’t come with tracking as a standard feature. These include:
Registered Post International
international air mail
international sea mail
all other international letters
No track events will be shown for these items. However, if the item was sent using Registered Post International, a signature will be obtained when the item is delivered.
