HHKB Pro + Colemak Possible?
« on: Sat, 09 May 2009, 03:25:20 »
I've been using the colemak layout for a few months now and am really loving the layout.  However considering the layout of the HHKB, without a caps lock, which is the Colemak BS, would it be possible to use Colemak with the HHKB?

Thanks all
Iggy

I don't care much about the OS key, should be viable to remap the control to the OS key then, then have control as my backspace.

I use the mouse more often instead of the OS when opening that particular window.  I guess I could live with that on the HHKB

Colemak is an alternative keyboard layout, such as QWERTY, and DVORAK.  Most people use qwerty, a few use dvorak, and very few use colemak.  Don't know about folks on geekhack though.  Probably a lot prefer to use alternatives to QWERTY.

Wow, you must be the lazy guy's ***** ;)

I've been looking for that site for *ages*.  I remember I saw it once months ago, and I've wanted to use it on friends in IM conversations *so* many times. Thanks webwit!

Hey, that was even slicker than the last one.  Wish I could code in something other than Fortran.

That's FORTRAN!

I'm guessing you first started coding in FORTRAN on NIX? All the IBM guys know the acronyms ;)
