HP Mini USB Keyboard Tenkeyless (Membrane Sheet)

Before finding this on Ebay the only membrane sheet tenkeyless I was aware of is the IBM RT3200 SpaceSaver II and read of an obscure Fujitsu available only in Japan.



It feels like a rubber dome, maybe albeit ever so slightly shorter travel.  All the hotkeys worked plug-in-play with Windows 7.  Average 2-6KRO depending on combination.  If you'd like me to test a specific combo let me know.

This means that it's 2KRO. When determining key rollover, it's always the minimum number of pressed keys that fail - 1, or the "worst case" sucessful combination.

The most number of keys you can hold down is something like <number of rows in the matrix> + <number of columns in the matrix> -1 or something like that.

yeah, it's odd that there's less TKL keyboards that aren't mechs. I don't know why they never caught on.

Can you test  these combinations  (Cursor keys + SPACE BAR.. Q,W,E,A,S,D )

(I, J,K,L) + (Q,W,E,A,S,D)

sami77: If you can deal with a big ass enter key and tiny backspace you can get a Korean I-Rocks K20.

I think if you install the (windows) Korean language pack those keys become useful in someway to the language.

The 1 unit backspace is overblown ... use it for a while and you won't even notice it.  If it really bothers you remap the capslock to backspace for more ergo benefits.
