It will be around $4. The thing is, I'm using small bubble mailers which are classified as parcels for shipping within the US. If I ship those same parcels out internationally, the price quite a bit above the $4. Using larger bubble mailers lets me classify the shipment as a large envelope, which will be cheaper.
