Those of you with a white Poker II
« on: Tue, 08 July 2014, 20:17:08 »
I am considering getting one and I want to know how easily it gets dirty. Do you have to clean it often? I know I'll be getting a Poker II I just don't know whether to go with white or black.

Mine doesn't really get dirty at all, it depends on what you do with your keyboard though.
If you were to eat food around it all day or play with filthy hands it will probably get dirty faster.

They're generally easy to take apart aswell so cleaning it doesn't take very long either.

Mines really clean, I did spill a small drop of coffee on a key and that just wiped off easily.

I've had mine for about 9 months and it still looks like new. You shouldn't have any problem keeping it clean.

I bought it since 4/5 months and still looks like new, if i was you, i would go for the white's version
By the way, Poker II is rather dark grey than full black
White PBT Poker II looks much prettier imo

I just got mine from massdrop today; we'll see.

My wife has an all white ninja filco as a daily driver and it stays fairly clean. The worst I've seen of it is when it needs a dusting and dust gets in between the keys.

Assuming you're a hygenic person who washes their hands every now and then and wipes down and dusts their keyboard periodically, you shouldn't have any problem keeping it white.

White Poker II and White RealForce here. The RF hasn't shown any significant dirtiness, and we'll see how the PII holds up.
