In my opinion they're what a real tactile switch should feel like with a very pronounced tactile bump. They make mx tactile switches feel linear. http://deskthority.net/wiki/Mitsumi_miniature_mechanical the yellow ones.

Definitely not a showpiece but fairly cheap if you've ever wanted to try those switches. I'd be surprised if the seller rejected a $20-$25 offer.
