So awhile back I got a poker that was super badly damaged, the PO tried to swap the switches on it without proper tools, and ended up burning the PCB very badly. Some of the traces were completely torn off, some switch holes were melted, etc. Looks like the owner tried to just melt the joints and pull the switches out with pliers or something, and some of the diodes were broken off.
Ended up having to hard wire some of the contacts, and basically just had to play around testing connections till I could trigger the switch, and this is what I came up with. I had to wire together about 10 different switches to get everything working properly.
I have it in a massdrop TEX acrylic case right now, and due to the support rails in the case, I had to either cut into the case, or make the wire connections go around the rails, so I did the latter, and it looks super tacky, but it works!
(picture is squished, not sure why)
Also, I'm adding a plate to it, so does anyone know a place that sells poker2 style stabilizers? ( need a full set )
