They say it's a 3278, but it doesn't seem to mesh with the pictures from Deskthority, but that doesn't mean it's wrong.

It looks like it could be for either the 3278 or the 3279.
I guess this one is for touch typists only lol.

It does appear to have the tripleshots, and that's surely a data-entry layout. (just like Daedalus's that 1391406 posted above)
It's from a 3278: you can see it says so in the pictures. I have one on my shelf in the closet that needs painting.
It also looks just like my 3278

note the split spacebar on the 3276: the last one of these I have seen the controller is on the matrix PCB so it is not compatible with xwhatsit's controller.
