m1242 mint in box. (review) (Already bought)
« on: Sat, 30 May 2009, 14:26:22 »
Just thought I'd post this.   I don't know if it's against the rules that I already bought it... There are some good deals on ebay still. lol

I love this keyboard.  The keys feel amazing..the keys have a very nice pronounced bump for being a tactile non clicky, and the keyboard is pure white unlike the other m1242's I've seen, mint in box, and cheap.   The extra large spacebar and compact keys just feel right, it's extremely ergonomic. Couldn't pass it up. Works perfectly with an imate, on an xp machine, even the external function/number pad which I wasn't certain would work.  Thing of beauty.

The only problem, does anyone know where the num lock is on this keyboard? lol I can't change the pad from arrows to numbers.

You could write an AHK script to make the main part act like a HHKB. Screw the numeric keypad/F-key thingy then.
