Is there a program to see what my keyboard is doing when I press function keys?

I recently received my Morphling KB-87 and have been enjoying it. My one problem is it did not come with a user manual so I'm at a loss for what many of the function keys do. The wireless is not working well, but I was able to get it to work perfectly once and only once and have not been able to recreate what I did.

Is there any program that I can use that tells me what my keyboard is doing or trying to do when I press a key?

Aren't the keys sideprinted with the secondary functions?

You can try Aqua Key Test.

It will show you the Bios Key Code and the Window Key Code for the key that you press on your keyboard.

Pretty useful for some other things, but unfortunately it doesn't display anything when you press FN + F1-F12

But does it display a Window Key Code?

On my Shine II for example, Mute is FN+F1.  When pressed, Aqua Key Test will display:
     Window Key Code 173 (0xAD) E
If I check the Microsoft Virtual-Key Codes (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd375731%28v=vs.85%29.aspx), I see that
     VK_VOLUME_MUTE
     0xAD
     Volume Mute key

Non-standard keys:

FN + F9: Switches placement of Ctrl and Caps lock.
FN + F10: ? ? ?
FN + F11: ? ? ?
FN + F12: connects keyboard to wireless dongle. The wireless connection is very rough except for 1 time I connected the keyboard, where I think (memory is rough) the escape key had a blue LED light remained on under it. I haven't been able to replicate it since.
FN + Escape: Turns off numpad when you have numlock on. Numlock turns the right hand portion of the keyboard into a full numpad with double 0 key as well.

Another owner I know through reddit thought the FN+f12 might  be something to switch between N key roll over to 6 key roll over, but I didn't think that would be correct. I'm not sure how I could test if the keys did something like that. The only thing I can tell is the keyboard will input no more than 6 keys if I press most of the keys down and I'm not sure if that's how you test how many keys a keyboard allows you to enter.

About keys. I remember reading somewhere (maybe on Geekhack) review of Morphling 96 which have similar keys. But I can't find it now so following is what I remember and figured myself
FN + R - enable/disable windows keys
FN + F7 - enable/disable backlight. This is not working for me. As I remember from review, Morphling 96 has holes for soldering backlight diodes. Maybe this key combination works with these.
FN+F8 - swap ctrl/caps
FN+F10/F11 - decrease/increase keys sensitivity.
FN+F12 - switch between different KRO modes (NKRO and 6-KRO as far as I can tell)
One key I not figured yet is FN+Esc.

I haven't noticed any increase or decrease in sensitivity when clicking FN+F10 or FN+F11.  I've also messaged the seller, but I have not received info for 2 or 3 days.

Edit: wireless functionality for the keyboard is turned on from a tiny switch by the Mini usb port. Putting it on "-" will turn it on while putting it on "o" will turn it off.

Tremble Control - (Right Fn+F10/F11) Tremble control is a function which
makes your keys more or less touchy. If you have shakey hands this control is

useful on MX Blue switches, but may turn the function off if it becomes a
problem.

Lock the win key! - Gamers rejoice! Lock up your windows key with (Right
Fn+Print Screen). This will turn the windows key into an additional Fn key.
Swap CTRL and Caps-Lock - Great for programmers and those who are used to
unix/linux environments. (Right Fn+Pause)
Num Mode - Swaps the right pad between number pad mode and arrow with page
keys. A must for this sort of space saving keyboard.
Keyboards are PCB mounted for easy modding.
Add your own LEDs to the keyboard - Each switch is LED ready and the PCB has
pre-routed traces/through holes to add LEDs. Just drop in the LED of your choice
and solder.
Removable Micro-USB keyboard connector can operate USB mode or PS/2 with
adaptor. Adaptor not included.
Diodes for every switch as to prevent ghosting.
Black keyboards use POM plastic - White versions use PBT plastics. Both of
these are high grade plastics which resist physical wear. Key legends are laser
etched, and will fade but never disappear over time.
Bluetooth capable - uses 2xAAA batteries to power. Unfortunately these
batteries can only be changed by opening up the keyboard.

The symbols match and Plum is the manufacturer of the morphling keyboard. It's a strange function, but maybe the cause of some of the missing keys/ lag I had with using the wireless.
