This forum seems to be pure awesomeness. Just. can't. say. more.

But anyway. I've been looking at mechanical keyboards for about a month or two and they seem pure awesomeness..! Haven't tried them thought. I'm probably going to buy one in this fall.

I'm really interested in 60% and there doesn't seem to be too many options. I found KBT to be the best ready to use one. There is currently sale on amazon.de about KBT's and they are pretty cheap I think? Like, Poker 2 Browns, backlight green 80 euros + shipping and more taxes, because I live in Finland :(

I have used some normal Logitech keyboard at school and my laptops keyboards for past 5 years, and still currently typing on these. Logitech was just too light.. I thought browns could be good. I do some gaming and some typing.

I'm just afraid those KBT keyboards are gone when I'm ready to purchase one and they aren't coming back in Europe that prize :'(

My current choice is KBT Poker 2 with brown cherries. Lightning doesn't matter, I can solder some white LED's if I want :) And I also thought Poker 2 is my best choice for some modding if I would like it. If I'm not going to like Browns, I guess I can change them easily.

So, any recommedations (have to reasonably cheap)? Have to be able to buy from Europe. Those taxes man :eek:

Can you get a hold of a Ducky Mini? There was an ISO only variant in Scandinavia put out by Ducky Nordic. If not, I'm a fan of the Poker 2.

I've had both, they're the same. I think the Ducky can be had with purple LEDs, which the Poker 2 cannot, but that's the only thing that separates them. The cases are the same, just a different sticker on the underside (aka branding).

Hm, fair enough. I wish I could find a picture of it now....Anyways, thanks for the info. I'm fairly sure the upcoming release of the Ducky Mini isn't a Poker 2 though. At least I hope so.

from the youtube video I have seen...

it is just a iso poker 2. it does not have any of the fancy led modes that a ducky normally comes with :(

edit: it even has the same abs backlight keys that come with the poker2/pure/race.
If you really want this holdout for the pbt version.
