Is the Poseidon dead?
« on: Fri, 08 August 2014, 12:18:52 »
Does anyone know if TT eSports is still making the Poseidon ( in blue )?

When I saw it I thought it would be an interesting keyboard, but then it seemed to vanish to be replaced by the Poseidon Z.
I'm not sure that might not be "market variance" where stock runs low before another batch is released , or if TT is just phasing out the Poseidon.

Thanks.

Like many companies they have switched to using the mx compatible kailh switch so as far as I know all their older products are no longer produced.

Right, but at least Tt was kind enough to add something to the model name to let buyers know it's no longer Cherry MX... for those that are paying any attention anyway.

two of my roommates have been using the Tt eSPORTS Poseidon boards with Kailh switches and they are GREAT. They are more precise then the MX blues on my board with less wobble and wiggle.

This anti-kailh band wagon is annoying..

I think they lowered the price as well, which was a nice touch.
